Our Mission: Closing Gaps and Opening Horizons

Youth Centers of Israel in Pictures

Keren Yaldenu believes that EVERY child in Israel is entitled to fulfill his or her potential, without compromising his/her identity. For almost six decades Keren Yaldenu has provided after-school enrichment hours for children across Israel. We are an organization dedicated to promoting education and life advancement for all members of Israeli society.
Our mission is to “Close Gaps and Open Horizons” in Israeli society by giving opportunities for advancement to those youth who lack them, often due to the economic hardship in their families.

Keren Yaldenu offers educational, cultural, and social programs in an environment that enables all participants to feel confident with their life skills, while also helping them strengthen their Jewish identity and their bond with the State of Israel. Additionally, we offer artistic, cultural and educational programs to youth, adults, and senior citizens.
